Bloody Women on Horror Channel

From March 8th – 17th the Birds Eye View 2011 Film Festival will take place at BFI Southbank, ICA & Southbank Centre. Part of this celebrated event includes a special horror retrospective entitled Bloody Women which looks at women's contribution to horror, from gothic origins to modern vampires. Horror Channel is proud to be associated with this event and our very own Emily Booth will be taking part in a panel discussion about the role of women in horror today.

To celebrate our association Horror is having a special season of movies where women are the main protagonists (see links below) running from the 5th March and on this site look out for exclusive interviews with ladies who have a lot to say about the horror industry.
