Evil Dead 2 - 4K trailer released
By James Whittington, Monday 18th February 2019

With a 98% score on Rotten Tomatoes, the cult classic Evil Dead 2 - directed by Sam Raimi - has been newly restored and will release for the first on 4K Ultra HD!

This thrill-packed, gore-led rollercoaster ride is a must-see for all horror fans and comes packed with over four hours of special features - including the new one-hour bonus feature BLOODY AND GROOVY, BABY!

After the shocking and notorious cult classic The Evil Dead impaled its way into the minds of a whole generation, visionary maverick director Sam Raimi decided to elaborate on its twisted scenario. Featuring B-movie legend Bruce Campbell in his most iconic role, Evil Dead 2 is a gore-fueled, splatstick masterpiece that gleefully stomps on the entrails of good taste whilst puking in the face of Hollywood with no apologies.

Evil Dead 2 will arrive on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on 4th March.

Attending FrightFest as part of the Horror Channel team is a blast, getting to mingle with the regulars, the whole Horror Channel team, the guests, the FrightFest crew etc but the downside is that sometimes you miss a movie you've been dying to catch. This was the case for Possum, the debut feature film from writer/director Matthew Holness. I had heard so much about this and the creepy poster gave little away so when my review copy came through the post I immediately sat down to watch. What I saw made my jaw drop, my skin creep and my mind race.
