By James W, Thursday 7th September 2017
This star-studded anthology from Hammer Films presents thirteen unforgettable tales of spine-chilling terror. Reimagining classic Hammer themes in a contemporary British setting and signalling a new direction for the legendary film studio under the aegis of producer Roy Skeggs, Hammer House of Horror blends the supernatural with a very modern horror from hauntings and demonic possessions to sinister incarcerations and cannibalism...
A huge hit on its first ITV transmission and again when it was shown recently on Horror, Hammer House of Horror boasts a consistently high-calibre cast including Peter Cushing, Diana Dors, Denholm Elliott, Brian Cox and Sian Phillips.
The complete series is featured here for the first time in a stunning new High Definition restoration from the original film elements in its as-transmitted fullscreen aspect ratio.

Horror Channel loves sci-fi and cult TV (have you checked out our Sci-Fi Zone weekdays from 6pm?) and film and Infinity Magazine covers the best shows and movies past, present and future.
Marvel's super-hero Avengers may be all the rage these days, but back in the day the genuine article for most of us was John Steed and Emma Peel, The Avengers in one of Britain's most eccentric and colourful spy-fi shows. If you think that magnificent Mark Maddox cover art looks great, and it does, then wait until you see how brilliant the inside feature is!

I pride myself in owning a large library of horror movies, whether it be on tape, laserdisc, DVD, Blu-ray and now 4K editions but for some reason The Boneyard has escaped being a member of my collection. Now this has finally been put right thanks to 88 Films who have given this under the radar schlocker the Blu-ray treatment.
The plot is straight forward as a cop, a psychic and two coroners try and halt a possible "zombie children" outbreak in a mortuary. But this is just the start of their problems.
Way, way, way over-the-top in style and substance, The Boneyard is a joyous and go...SHARE: READ MORE Leigh Whannell's Upgrade gets a release date and trailer

Together they uncover the order's unholy secret.
